I saw Whitney Live at the 15th anniversary of Arista for Clive Davis at Radio City in 1990 and she sang two songs. This and the Greatest love. of all. She was incredible! But Katrina's version here? Katrina has something really really rare. It's magic, but it's real! Whitney was a world class artist, but for me, it was laced with a lot of 'flash technique.. Brilliant but kind of perfprmance driven. Katrina I feel iin my entire being. At 4:00 when she signals the band and goes into that vocal riff? Everytime, I get chills.
