The lock thing for horses does work. i locked the horse and the bridle locks on the upgrade screen and it keeps them from being equipped. Sorry I posted that halfway through lol its literally the next little drop down above the harness filter you were at before.

Is far as infantry u should get wildlings the javilens are nice if u put them in a line and have a and unit in square infront of them smokes shields
