Saving Multiple Vehicles Stuck on the Beach || ViralHog

My husband and I, along with my daughter and her fiancé brought our RV down for a little getaway in Port A. Thank goodness we didn’t park on the beach! We passed so many distraught people who were just waiting for help, not sure if they would save so much of their stuff. At this point, we saw the giant skidder that they used to pull out what they could. A man and his partner were using this skidder to pull people out. We began driving again and saw a family with their truck, trailer, and Jeep stuck. The guy was so upset, so my husband gave him a ride to talk to the guy operating the skidder. The skidder came back and pulled out all 3.

Instead of pulling horizontally, you need to break the suction between the wet mushy sand and the tire. When the tires are buried like that, and water gets in, there’s no air, and it creates a vacuum. Let alone the weight of wet and clumpy sand.

Matt's advantage is the kinetic ropes. If you have kinetic "bungee" ropes then don't unhook the trailer, because if you do you cant get momentum to pull it out. In this case, where only solid straps are used, then it makes no difference leaving it hooked up or not. Might even be better to unhook because its lighter parts that way.

Well, I'm disappointed. We didn't get to see them haul the 5th wheel trailer out! So what in the H-E-DOUBLEHOCKEYSTICKS did these people think anyway? I think what amazes me more than this awesome piece of equipment pulling out this other piece of equipment is the It always seems like dumbasses seem to have all the money I mean you have a rig between the Ford or Chevy or whatever that is in the big ass fifth wheel that probably runs about at least 150 to 160,000 in total How do these people afford these things?
