Germany declaring war on Switzerland was genius, the Swiss can be really annoying to beat when they are sitting in the alps. So knowing it could not sustain another front it declared on them, lured the Swiss army away, made them overextend to where you could easily beat them, opening a gap for a campaign against Italy. So yes the German ai is a genius

To be fair the Swiss war does pose certain... limited advantages. Namely being that the Italian forces are more likely to spread out, before with the presence of a neutral nation meant that the Italians had the choice of reinforcing an allied front or manning their own and they'd most likely focus their strength on the German border, but with the Swiss opened, the Italians would likely spread out along the now massive French, Swiss, and Italian border. Though the Germans have so little strength they couldn't deal with the added regional pressure without intervention.

Hi, Bitt3rSteel! How can I send you disasters for you to save? I tried your guide on how to get the No Step Back achievment and I kinda failed on the Turkey front(maybe bcz I used the NKVD guys because they were cheaper) and I invited Lithuania in my faction and then I invited them into the war with Germany by a mistake becuase I was having to many notificafications with non-agression pacts from the Allied countries and there was a war join request and I accepted it, and now the front is kinda messed up.

Some destroyers on convoy raiding would've prevented the naval invasion. Maybe 8, or 10 with this economy. And yes, destroyers, not subs. Subs will get wrecked in the Baltic. Both by naval bombers and destroyers on CE. Good destroyers will destroy both of those threats. Also the Allies can't get in the Baltic, so you shouldn't have to worry about them. The main Russian fleet 9/10 times stays in the Black sea, where they get trapped. That's also where new ships are produced. So whatever is in the Baltic at the start, stays there and can't get re-enforced. You really shouldn't be getting naval invaded by the Soviets. I'd argue actually better to have a small navy than to have port guards because it takes significantly less manpower, and is actually doing something useful. Not literally just standing around. Only downside is maybe trading for oil and steel, but it doesn't take much of either at this scale.
