As off grid citizens scramble to have their human rights recognised - to live the way they want - the residents of Steward Wood are confronting the real possibility they will lose their homes.
Dartmoor National Park Authority has told them to move along, while at the same time building hundreds of homes on the area.

It's a huge shame that the powers that be who have demonstrated repeatedly for centuries that they are the absolute worst stewards of the land are still wielding the sword of their wrongful and irresponsible laws and restrictions over those who actually ARE the good stewards.

The Mad Monk They got evicted unfortunately. The community has effectively been broken up. It's sad. Steward Wood was wonderful.
