Another commenter mentioned saving Tali's loyalty for later for morality (paragon/renegade) reasons. I'm making a new comment so I don't directly call them out, but morality in ME2 does not work like ME1 or ME3. ME1/ME3 - You need a specific number of paragon or renegade points to pass a check. ME2 - You need a specific percentage of all possible paragon or renegade points to pass a check. This means that if a dialogue check requires 70% paragon then you need to have gathered 70% of all possible paragon points by the time you are doing the check. This doesn't matter if you play a mission early or later, the percentage remains the same. 70/100 and 700/1000 will both pass the check. You can have a fully maxed paragon bar by the end of the game, but if you missed 31% of all possible paragon gains you can technically fail a check. Without spoilers, the only recommendation I'd have is to do the loyalty missions of the characters you care about most early enough to exhaust their dialogue. Otherwise you'll need to do several missions post-game.

I'd recommend waiting until you recruit your very last crew member before doing Tali's loyalty mission and taking them on Tali's Loyalty Mission. It unlocks a lot of unique dialogue in during the mission and ME3.

14:28 the Kestrel armor set is one of the best in the game (in my opinion). Oh just in case you don’t know ,if you’re not wearing a sealed helmet in some places, the game will default equip the N7 breather helmet.

Locust is the best weapon in the game, I mostly play sniper, infiltrator and I use the locust for most things lol

Tali’s recruitment is a perfect mission for Grunt, as he uses armor, not shields so can be out in the sunlight with no ill effects

Just a heads up game tip, usually after a loyalty mission, that companion will have 1 or 2 more conversations with you. However, romancable characters have at least 3 more after that. So if you do end up interested in a new relationship, keep going to them to lock it in.

Bro, first off, loving your vids. ME2 is one of my favourite games, and I really enjoy you talking us through your decisions, and brining back memories of the same dilemmas we had to grapple with when we played the game. Some tips which you must have already gotten from other commenters: - Talking to crew members on Normandy will not start their respective loyalty missions till the time you actually go to the locations for those missions - You should stack your abilities (e.g. if you’re facing powerful Geth like Primes, then do double or triple Overload by selecting your other squad mate’s Overloads to absolutely decimate the Geth) One thing that I did differently was to complete all the Dossier missions first before approaching the loyalty missions; Narratively it made more sense since there’s a major story event that will unlock after completing these dossiers, and approaching your crew’s loyalty missions after that would make more sense narratively. We have the Diwali festival here in India, next week, and I’m thinking of firing up ME2 on my Playstation for old time’s sake. 😂 Keep these coming!! 🙌🏼

You schould check when Grunt use incendary ammo -this is when is red icon on his weapon( disruption have blue icon ,crio white icon and in 42.08 we see that icon red so he use it property ) (if you change weapon you must use this ammo again because this ammo force must be used again in other weapon )

This kind of spoiler can save your experience but even afterwards you have a chance to settle it if you have high enough Paragon or Renegade points. As for the missions I'd say pick up all the crewmates and dossiers first, than do all the loyalty missions and among the loyalty missions you can do the Arrival and the Shadow Broker DLC as well. The Arrival you can do sooner as well, the difference is just the appearance and it speaks as you didn't finish the game. Strategically is better that way because that can get you more experience and more weapon or other upgrades for the big battle. Also if you feel romancing Miranda, it doesn't affect the consequences that much in Mass Effect 2. Maybe a little maybe in the DLC but that's it. And also you can break up anytime later on and you can try romancing another person also at the same time for a certain point. xD And just by choosing some flirtatious dialogue, doesn't make a romance scene immediately. It needs to build up with more dialogues and choices.

Grunt is most powerfull tank in game best in close combat used shotgun or middle combat with riffle yes ofc but in my opinion this is secon best character -is one more powerfull but ..this is no space for that opinion right now .Best team squad right now is in my opinion Grunt helps in close combat (or Tali if you have her ) and Garrus on sniper riffle mode with best sniper and use own version ammo force

If you bought the extra star maps on Ilium (from the snotty, pureblood asari), the odd little side mission you stumbled upon may have been because of those. There's a small number of random side missions that you can only find by planet scanning, and I believe each of those star charts adds another.

you're doing the right thing, saving every chance you get. Back then it was pretty much mandatory. And even now it's still recommended. Also you dont have to talk to everyone in normandy every time after a mission, only really after main story missions. and even after then, (most dialogue) isnt really all that great anyway tbh. also I know some people are gonna bug you about fish. I dont care much about them. but in ME3. get the auto fish feeder. Oh and about Joker, I would finish 2-3 main missions, then speak to him. or until you recruit a new member. Otherwise he's gonna keep fracturing his thumb on the mute, and then he's gonna make his point. Just to save you the headache. Honestly thats just good practice for all normandy members, or until u do their loyalty mission.

I believe, you can carelessly do Grunt and Jacob loyalty missions, it won't affect other crew members and there won't be major Paragon/Renegade checks. And you will get a lot of P/R points)

32.26 -it is wort take team incendary ammo you can have it too -this is best ammo force in game esecially aganist hevy enemies with armor (Syntecis enemies burning very well too) .Grut have unique schotgun dont remember use it for him .( but ofc Geth plasma is probably better - best range and accuracy shotgun on game -this is only one problem teammates dont use full potential this weapon because they dont know how charge that weapon aganist bosses )

Straight up and you should take not of this 😊, you can romance Liara and any other Squad mate in ME2 and neither choice will effect either romance in ME3, there is no pigeon holing here, there is always a way out. I go into ME with save data where Liara is 100% locked in and Miranda or jack are 90% locked in, theres always a way out! Good choice on picking Assault Armor, it has a secret effect of reducing ALL COOLDOWNS BY 50% when the shield us broken, it doesnt say it in the tooltip, but its there.

Just hope you do not get the headshot bug in Andromeda lol, most annoying unfixable bug in the entire game, after 10+ min of gameplay, you hit head and game freeze for 20-40 seconds and then resume, you hit headshot again and it freeze again, only way to fix is to save and quit and start over, but if you are in a bossfight, that have already taken 30 min and this bug starting.........then the boss might might take another hour lol Ive done 4 genuine tries to complete it just once, but never had the mental fortitude to endure it, always quit and then leave for so long that loading the save make no sense, so starting a new game and then stop playing again
