I want to ask if drinking energy drink and coffe ( caffeine) isn’t addictive for you because last semester I was struggling I couldn’t study without drinking one 😢

Hey, I can go without caffeine for long periods of time so I don’t think it’s addictive to me. If you think you are addicted, I would suggest taking it seriously and try to find alternatives methods to boost your energy. Atp I feel like i just drink caffeine because I associate it with productivity😭.
