Just now had a chance to finish watching your video. If you’re having trouble with the “personal summers,” go get a Menopod. I know, I know-what does a guy know about this? But a cousin of mine went through that phase of life a few years ago and she was having a terrible time. I got her a Menopod for Christmas and she said it was life-changing and that it really helped with her “hot” times.

Oh such beautiful photos! Love your videos and I'm impressed with your planner! I also love to watch you open your gifts in your advent box. And as far as hormones and changes to our mood - ugh. I'm passed the point you are at now - but it took me awhile to figure out why I was "grumpy." My daughter is 6 months pregnant and also dealing with hormones.

My mom went through the change early. We dealt with it for 2 years before I finally made her go to the doctor and get everything out. Ovarian cancer runs in our family so the doctor was worried. I’m two years away from when she started and not looking forward to it.
