Just freshly turned 20 back then, she was 28. I discovered a lot of great music thanks to her. This band, of course, was proudly one of them. We tried to make things work, but the age gap remained. 8 years, those 8 damn years that she had ahead of me I was never able to overrun finally took their toll after we spent our days together for two years. Was great while it lasted, but I couldn't count the times I had wished to travel back in time, to a time where she was younger so the age gap could be less crucial on us. Was that considered love? I truly believe so. Not after a decade now did I realize how childish my fantasy was.. My feeling to her somehow still remains, but now it's more out of nostalgia..
