An mmo with CG graphic ? Maybe in 10-15 years. Mmo's are considerable heavy in term of performance required because their massive open world nature. I remember when The Secret World came out (or even Age of Conan), both games brings new strong graphics and technologies and at the time almost any pc struggle to run them. Not a good thing if you want to reach the most people possible like a mmo need in order to function propely.
