I love how they feed the fresh water spinach and banana stems. In the US when I consumed pork or beef. Immediately I developed gout. Khmer raised pork’s, I have no health issues when consuming.

My family in takeo village is so poor. And it hard to help them out . My mum is the only child to made it overseas during the war . And New Zealand money is so cheap compared to USA dollars. To help families out in Cambodia is double the dollars here to make usa dollars 2000 dollars in New Zealand is 1000 usa .

pig farm in Cambodia still small compare with thailand but people prefers khmer pork than thai pork.

its amazing how they ask: take me to america... everybody thinks america is the perfect place. In fact a lot of people are very unhappy and living paycheck to paycheck... I am glad I left... to me South East Asia is home (althogh I am not asian and I come from a very different part of the world)
