Savory potato sensation, A mouthwatering no-oven recipe perfect for dinner. 🥔 🍠 They're so delicious that I make them for dinner every weekend. No oven
Ingredients and recipe:
1 sweet potato (300g)
3 small potato’s (200g)
Dice the potato
Place in a pot
Water
Cook for 15 minutes on medium-high heat
Drain the water
Mash the potatoes
1 onion
Slice the onion
50g carrot
Shred the carrot
Medium heat
Olive oil
Cook for 2 minutes
Add the carrot
Cook for 3-5 minutes
Add to the mashed potato
Mix well
2 eggs
2tbsp flour
30g parmesan cheese
10g parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Mix well
A bit of oil
Scoop some potato and shape it into a ball
Coat in the breadcrumbs
Medium-heat
Vegetable oil
Place the patties in the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 3 minutes
Done!
2tbsp Griek yoghurt
8g parsley and 2 cloves of garlic
Mix well
