I did same ehen l was a kid grew up in off grid absolutely the same procedure the way he packed his rice on banana leaves. I remember we also raised Pigs, Hens and Roosters plus their babies and different varieties of Bananas, Vegetables, 3 types of Corns; Yellow, White, and Red and Root Crops like Sweet potatoes, Ube, Apali, Cassava, Taro, Gabi, Curyoso etc except Grains
