86 is a mastepiece. A show depicting human conflict, the horror of war and the bonds that you will make out of it. It's truly inspiring as the characters were impressively well written. We really hope a season 2 will see the day because even tho the ending is perfect and beautiful (had us sobing like crazy) we still need to see what's beyond this journey. Thank you Sawano and Mizuki for bringing us such beautiful music and vocals.

the light novel is on a break right? there should be plenty of material for season 2 still from what l know, guess it's just on the studio if they want to or have the budget

@@mayuyanit3578it is good as it is but since the story isn’t over, they did a phenomenal job and I’ve heard the light novel has even better story arcs ahead i would love to receive more.
Me too. I was listening to Attack on Titan music when KZbin recommended this, and I gave it a shot. Ended up watching the anime, and that's now my favorite anime or really, any narrative-based media ever. It's a perfect 10/10 for me

There are many sawano bangers, but this song has been my spotify most listened to song for 2 years in a row now. its such a powerful song, you can FEEL the emotion. the longing, the hope, the pain they've been through, the passage of time and then you get that glimpse of a light. everything seems possible with the introduction of the rest of the instruments, the suffering was worth it. and then the bridge to the finale, silence as everything is over. Mizuki crushed it with this performance. i could feel the emotion much more than in the studio version. she really did a good job. i wish i could have been there.

Hits harder when you've watched 86. This song was MEANT for 86.
Eighty-Six is one of the best anime’s I ever watched which also made me ultimately start reading the Light Novels. This song perfectly captures the tone and beauty of 86. I gladly appreciate Sawano and everyone involved in creating this wonderful soundtrack. Hope one day 86 can come back for a season 2.

How tf can someone sing like this.... The subtle Vibrato's in every lines making it seem as feeble as a snowflake, and something chilling grabbing your heart. I feel the heartquench when i hear this song.😢😢😢 Soooooo goooood
I knew this song live will break my heart to pieces, and I started listening to it anyway. Gosh, I love all Hiroyuki Sawano's OSTs, but those with mizuki's vocals are so touching and painfully great. Absolutely unforgettable.
