I pray to god that this means there is hope for F91 to get a fully fleshed series.... Even though a few of the original cast are either dead, bankrupt or have left the business entirely.

F91 seems to have so much potential. There was supposed to be a subliminal message with taking off the mask, which can be seen from the character Iron Mask refuse to take it off and F91 reveals that weird mouth thing behind the face mask during M.E.P.E mode

@@briancao5793 The wiki says the mask reveals some 'venting' for MEPE mode but i personally thought its was some sorta cannon when it was fighting XMA-01 Lafressia. just the way it opened and closed while it was battling in MEPE mode before the XMA-01 exploded seemed too much of a coincidence. Like they really really wanted that to be shown in the anime. But it is what it is. Its pieced together from cuts of what should have been an entire series so im sure there are sure to be things that dont quite make sense without further context.

@@Rose.Of.Hizaki Not exactly for the MEPE. These two are unrelated systems that just activate when machine reaches its limits to push it a little more. F97/XM-X (Crossbone Gundam) also has Heat Radiation Face Open gimmick, but lacks MEPE system. MEPE or "MEtal Peel off Effect" is a system that as the name suggests peels off layers of armor so that machine can cool off more easily over time, while Heat Radiation Face Open realeases large amounts of heat in a single moment for a short improvement of MS's abilities that would normally create too much heat for the machine to handle.

I'm not holding my breath, given that Gundam's general showrunner basically refuses to acknowledge its existence. I think it gets thrown in the bin right alongside G Savior, as far as Tomino is concerned. Which is a real pity, because I'd love to see Guillermo Del Toro direct a UC Gundam movie. And make it GOOD.
