I feel like they should implement that in more games Characters who have a set of skills regarding who they are and what they want to be as characterization In this case Zhao has really strong offensive abilities from his time as a mafia leader but his real strength comes from his support abilities as a cook

It also helps that most people who played Yakuza 7 reclassed him to Chef anyways. Kinda like how they knew how Idol!Saeko was so popular, that she is basically a White Mage now in her default class
