11:48 nice big grade log. … I have a great big LED 110v light right on the roof of the cab that points at the carriage got it off Amazon it would really brighten up when your sawing and for the videos

The reason for that is I like for slab to not fall apart. When that happens it tends to hang up somewhere down the line.

I have a question . On a crooked log , like the first one sawn , Upon drying will it try to return to the natural bend ? Thank you , Greg

Not 100 percent sure. Probably if it is stickered correctly and weighted on top and dryed correctly it will be ok. But don't have much experience with that.
