I keep a few night sticks on hand. Everything else is small splits. Looks like the green machine is almost done.

Those soapstone stoves are great. My burn time so far is about 13 hours with the firebox about 3/4 full.

After the ash glut of logs is done, what species of hardwood logs do you plan on buying and how do you plan on drying it for future orders/roadside stand? This is one of the questions I'm facing, as😊 the glut of ash firewood logs is coming to an end here.

@@thefirewooddoctor as the dry wood goes away I'll need to season wood like others so but I'm going to try and build a kiln before I get to that point. Kiln dried has so many advantages over traditional seasoned firewood.
