this is the most wholesome apartment tour i’ve ever seen. i wish new york had a place like this, as a pet owner you have a harder time finding a place that’s accommodating or even accepting to your pets. cross my fingers that we get something like this one day or else i might just move to korea lol moving could help with my korean studies too😂

If there was an apartment building like that here in America I would definitely live there! The set up with pets in mind is so clever. I especially like the large windows, the non slip flooring, the sliding glass door between the living space and kitchen, the under the counter sleeping space, and the sound proofing. Then the icing on the cake would be the vet, dog daycare, and outdoor space. It sounds like a dream.

This looks like a nice place. It's really hard for people in Korea and even Japan to own companions because of such issues (place is too small, the design of the studio, noise complaints, no pets allowed). I'm glad such studios exists.

WOW Amazing! A appartement especially for pet owners. Im impressed. I had not expected that S Korea is such a hyper modern and pet friendly country. For Sagol it doesnt matter where you 2 would live, as long if its with you. You are her whole life.

Both of the studio apartments were really nice, the bigger one with the bigger bed was suitable for you and Sawol. You can store things under neat the bed. Sawol did a pretty good job in behaving... although she did start to get a little impatient just like a child 🥰. I love the fact that they took in consideration the pets needs .

They are in the U.S - depends on which state or area you live in though. I lived in one that was extremely pet/dog friendly. The leasing area always had dog treats for dogs that come visit. There are multiple play areas and a grooming station for dogs. So you can basically give you dog a bath in almost a professional bath area.

Well, we do have lots of apartments with pets. I think landlords may deem it too expensive to build in extra features like these ones. To keep rent prices lower. But a pet apartment complex with such features exclusively for pet owners is actually a great business idea.

@@ssia2814 This isn’t just pet-*friendly,* it’s actually built expressly *for* pets and their people, with multiple features right in the units themselves designed *expressly* for the needs of pets and their issues. Non-slip flooring, antibacterial surfaces, transparent doors so pets can still see people while they cook but not be underfoot, etc. And they’re also going to be putting in both a veterinarian and a pet supply store. The whole concept is *miles* beyond just allowing people to have pets.
