(Because of that the WG moved after to Red LINE. Shanks and Buggy was on guard duty in that epic fight, perhaps Shanks made some contact with the actual Gorosei and got Griffin 👀). They have defeated (or Lost?) the World Governament, news papers say that's Roger is the Pirate King and not related to the D Clan! But in the Battle against the Big Boss Tenryubitto (IMU?) Roger got sick/posined/cursed 😭, Rogers think of disband and tell in his execution about the One Piece 👀. After the Pirate King disband, Oden and Toki go back to Wano, in na civil war: Orochi Capital + Kaido vs Kuri, Shimotsuke and Hakumai. But no matter the Alliance force, they got defeated by Kaido sheer power and Orochi schemes. They wanted to go to Wano because Oden was going to be Shogun and because Toki forseen* /knew about a legenda, of a Pirate CREW capable of really defeating the World Governament and Tenryubitto surging FROM WANO, and they are the "Mugiwara Crew" 👌👀👀👀👀👀👀👏👏👏👏👏 BANG 👊

One tiny,specific thing I liked in this chapter is how WB called Oden "brother",indicating that he doesn't see Oden like the rest of his crew and nor should he. I think it was Marco who said to Ace that most if not all of the WB crew were orphans,homeless,cast aways of society.WB gave them a home and someone whom they can call "pops"; that's why they were so devoted to him. But Oden is none of that.So his relationship with WB(which I am enjoying) is different. But I guess all of this further raises the question of why WB didn't come to Oden's aid when Kaido invaded.I am quiet curious about that......

Because Oden didn't want help refer to flashback with Roger. Oden seems to have a flaw with responsibility. He may act irresponsible but he a strong sense of duty and taking care of problems himself with his own hands. Throughout each of these events Oden has done he's actually never relied on others.

Yet 20 years later,Wano is going to be saved by "outside forces" that Oden's scabbards brought. I feel this is intentional from Oda. Oden was probably too naive,too confident in not just his own ability but also of his people.He genuinley thought he could accomplish it on his own. But one of his own people- i.e Orochi- betrayed him by joining forces with an "outside force",i.e Kaido.

Great chapter. Honestly, the Whitebeard pirates were always the best developed crew in one piece, in my opinion( outside of the protagonists). Sad that they had such cruel fate after Blackbeard left. - Whitebeard calling Oden little bro fits perfect. He shows him the world like an older brother would, but Oden is even impressed by the power of Whitebeard, showing that while they're considered "equals", Whitebeard is still stronger. In general people see the gaps between Top Tiers far to big. A captain is not washing their established vice captains, that's just how it is.

Actually, Whitebeard saying "if it were just about strength, I wouldn't have a problem" implied that Whitebeard can tell that Oden is NOT as strong as he is, otherwise strength alone COULD be a big problem for any captain. But because Oden has Roger's character Whitebeard is afraid that Oden might just do whatever he wants and not listen to him at all. So what we got in this page is confirmation that Oden is not on the level of Whitebeard (although I am pretty sure he is damn close).

I think the egg is already on the Oro Jackson. There is a round shape under the main sail and top right to the anchor.. just like a few millimeters ...but I interpreted it as the curved top side of the egg. You can even make out the spotted pattern with a dark area on its right side

Lady Toki is a definite mystery with her time leaping. Being from 800 years ago she would've been around the end of the Void Century. What could she be after in Wano that she kept having to leap forward, (she even considered leaping again if Oden didn't show up when he did.

I think this explains why Kaido stated "We don't need that many conquerors" because those with Conquerors Haki are leaders. Having a whole crew of them would be like the Rocks Pirates. Everyone doing they own thing and not fully taking orders. Which is why Whitebeard stated to Oden he's not the type to be under someone.

Toki definitely could be the one that made Roger start reading the poneglyphs. She said she was born 800 years ago and at the same time she’s 26. That’s around the same time the void century happened plus the emergence of the World Government. It’s no coincidence she skipped 800 years and also foresaw the defeat of Kaido. Things are getting interestingly crazy

there's something not right about the idea of the Marines scared to set foot at Wano, when there's no other OP Individuals other than Oden and Ryuma, i think the marines Doesn't want to go to wano not because it was hard for them, but because they're avoiding something probably a secret from Void century, because they don't want other Neutral Marines to findout about the hidden History itself.

marines dont go to wano because they are not allowed in, Wano is not part of WG. So to go to Wano, means to go to fight

@@Ntnt11 it was mention before that Wano Country has its own warriors, the Samurai who are swordsmen so strong that not even the Navy go near them. that statement got debunked already, because right now wano is total fodder without guys like Oden and beast pirates, that's what im pointing out, not the reason Marines don't go there because we all know it idolated, even kizaru can surely invade wano and destroy the Scabbards, even the Yakuza's

Roger def has some understanding of the void century at this point in the flashback hence why we wants to meet oden. To kind of fill in the blanks. Im sure toki does that for roger well to the best of her ability. I def think Toki isnt 100% aware of the true history which is why shes so interested in Wano.

If Toki was able to tell the prophecy of the 9 samurais' return in 20 years time, that means she either time jumped further ahead prior or after encountering Oden. Could 1 of her time jumps also be how the series ends & what the One Piece itself is? Plus, could she go back into any time desired or is it just a luck of a draw? If it indeed is blind jumping, then it must have seen prior to meeting Oden.

I thought Shanks and Buggy looked really young in this chapter. Hopefully the flashbacks go into more detail about Roger and his crew, which it should since Oden joins them at some point.
