For some odd reason, out of all videos you have ever made, this one makes me feel a countless amount of ways. It makes me feel happy, inspired and somber all at the same time. You have a huge impact on my life, Sawyer. You are so talented in ways that are so sincere. Not many people can impact my life in such a way; you have. These videos have abetted me to find reason of my own because, previously, i didn't think i had one. I think i have found my talent, and an upbeat place in my life. I write now, and nothing makes me feel more serene or passionate. Thank you for making it possible for me to grasp that. I think it would be great if he like did one which looked at not only the beauty of the place but also the darker side of the place like something caused by human intervention. An example would be in this Thru My Eyes, the shot with the barbed wire and mountain in the background really captured for me that even in the most remote and beautiful places, humans have still got a "grasp" on it. For me it was also a bit thought provoking. I think for sawyerhartman this would really show development and challenge his skills to capture a range of emotions, not just happiness and content. But I really enjoyed this Thru My Eyes. Some time away from life. Great work :)

Sawyer, you should totally do a 'Thru My Eyes' in the Philippines! Whether it's just for a video, or just for a holiday, you should go to the Philippines.. You could go to *Manilla*, film in the slums (and even help the people there out), and go to some of the *provinces and film the rice fields & scenery*, and you could go to *Boracay or Island hopping*, and film scenery there (clear blue waters, white sand, locals or even resorts/restaurants), or you could film *areas affected by the typhoon* and really capture how the place was affected (you too, would be sharing awareness of the impact of this natural disaster). I, myself am Australian, but I'd just think it would be awesome for you to do a 'Thru My Eyes' in my family's country of origin. Thanks and sincerely, a fan.

It really pisses me off to see a lot of youtubers doing nothing and having millions and millions of views and Artists like Sawyer having such a small amount of view. Don't get me wrong, I do watch the youtubers who do "nothing", they are funny, they are entertaining, I like them. But I just feel like the beauty of Sawyer's videos deserves billions of views. And when I say some youtubers "do nothing", I just mean that they don't put as much effort as Sawyer does in the making of their videos. And this is what makes me cry (I'm not actually crying, I'm just really sad). People need to learn what "Amazing" really means. Anyway, I loved this video ! Sawyer, I'm amazed. It is so calming, the place, the music. I'm sure the place is beautiful itself but the way you showed it, made it even more like EDEN. I think that as an aspiring cinematographer you would find Minnesota to be exceptionally beautiful. I know that you don't do very many of these in the United States, but if you ever find yourself in Minnesota I highly recommend checking out some forests and other natural beauties. Most tourists only visit Minneapolis, but our entire state has such a huge variety of ecosystems that would make a beautiful film. I don't know, I hope you consider it because it is arguably the most beautiful state in the country no matter what season you find yourself in whilst visiting.

My favorite moment starts at 5:10, starting on the red leaves and then shifting the focus onto the waves. That transition caught my attention and it made me think about different perspectives. The three layers: the leaves, the green plants, and waves, were each beautiful on their own but when you shifted through each it showed a lovely transformation of perspective. Then right after was the shot of you running after the camera, which has such a playful quality to it. I love it. I'm such a sucker for fire I have to mention how much I adored those shots. It is such a powerful element and you captured it's fury/passion beautifully. I wish I could have seen the whole fire dance, but still loved it (especially how you used it to intro the video). Wonderful job :-)

I'm absolutely in LOVE with these Thru My Eyes videos. I think it would be really interesting to see you make a Thru My Eyes at an old German concentration camp. I think you would really do an excellent and respectful job. It would be such a hauntingly beautiful thing while also remembering what happened in those places
