@@sax-jazz Here in México, near to Cuba, and in all LatAm we call it Chachachá, in USA is where started to call it just Cha-cha. Is because in one measure you can able to say "Un... Dos... Tres... Cha-cha chá". "Un" and "Dos" in 1/8 notes, "Tres" in 1/4 and Cha-cha-chá in 1/8 let the very last 1/8 en silence. Un, Dos, Tres in english is just One, Two , Three.
