Of all heavy metal bands in the early 1980´s, there were only two who could compete with Saxon; Judas Priest and of course Motorhead. Saxon was awesome, specially live, their shows were totally insane. Nigel Glockler, my God what a drummer!

not mocking new bands but it would be almost impossible to blow saxon off a stage. there sheer musianship is a testament and how great of a killer live band should be . there great friends with motorhead so there u have it nuffsaid!@
