My birthday was yesterday January 11th, I listen to this song by myself on my birthday every year and reflect on the year and where i wanna go from there. This year I was blessed to find this version I’ve somehow never heard, it was a nice little birthday present and I played it over and over again. Thank you for being with me through the years and making music I’ve always been able to relate too. It means more then you could ever know. You’ll will forever and always be my favorite band ❤️

I unironically found myself humming along to the part where he goes "Stereo's playing the same old songs, the same old songs, but we still hum along..." GOD the irony. How did Bemis manage to write a song that contained what functioned as a premonition about itself and Say Anything fans?

I've never heard this version its so good! I used to listen to the old demo of it on my birthday every year for over 10 years. Maybe I stopped because I found my way out of the hole I was in. Anyway, thanks for uploading this!
