Ang ginawa ko. Niliha ko ng maigi pa using 120p and then paint. May mga ibang part na di parn sya nakapit pero once matuyo ang pintura at patungan uli ng paint. Ok naman na Next time na mag benta kayo at mag labas ng video. Make sure na tama ang info. Imbes na mapabilis nadoble pa tuloy trabaho. Mas maigi pa sa old school way.

Hi, thank you for your inquiry. Skim coat must be applied on bare concrete substrate to have good adhesion. It will not adhere to polymer based putty because of its smooth surface. It will also loose its adhesion strength and will cause powdering if applied to primed or coated wall. The only option is to remove the existing paint and use Tofil 802 gray to achieve a cement finish walls.
