Multiple people awake at the apartment complex said they didn’t hear anyone announce. Also, why would Kenny shoot if he knew it was police? He had no warrants on him and no arrest record. Police have more of an incentive to lie than Kenny. They served a warrant and found no drugs or contraband and the guy they were looking for was already in custody, and of course they snot and killer someone. Sound like very many good reasons to say you announced yourselves.
