In my case I have a denay one visa As you are not a member of the family unit of a holder of a Subclass 500 student visa, I am not satisfied that you meet regulation 500.311. Can I apply to subclass 300? Thanks

Who even bother to apply this visa when the processing time is at minimum 2 years… and usually 3 years? On top of that, VAC for subsequent partner visa still will be charged iirc….

Probably because if it were shorter it would be exploited. Seen how many people coming in trying to marry Australian perm and citizens just for the residency
