What's wrong with having a basement? I had a slope and so they built a basement although it wasn't in the original design. Whole self contained flat I got which I am happy with

@@lilacer6841 Great! if you’re happy, then it’s good. We are emphasizing on curbing the headaches that comes with it for those who are not interested but it seems Basement is the only option. So we are giving out an alternative.
