Please can you explain the statement "what is saved is automatically invested " as you say in saving investment equality.

Either we consume our income or save it. Classical economists assumes that whatever income has been saved in the economy (if not consumed) would be invested. that is saving equals to investment S=I (a business man would invest his saved income in his business and other people would invest it by keeping it in banks or so ) Classical economists assume that if saving and investment are not equal it would be maintained by the Rate Of Interest mechanism as i have explained. Its just an ASSUMPTION over here so you need not to worry. because this assumption has been criticized by Keynes saying that not all the time people invest their saved income which is very true for example if business expectations are low, producers wont invest or if marginal efficiency of capital is low people wont invest. I hope this helps :) Also it is assumed because only if S=I the overproduction would not happen and if they are not equal overproduction will happen because if saving would not be invested there will be fall in aggregate demand leading to excess supply.
