My FAVOURITE line from Paul is "YOUUUUUUUUU never ever worry, and you never shed a tear." Everything from the delivery of that clean, round tone, with natural vibrato that's not too fast, and the climb to "never" feels so effortless, and the little riff in "worry" is a beautiful landing point after those two soaring notes.

@@starquant Over the top description i think. Yap, Paul get upset Michael outbid and outsmart him, after he gave him the advice on music industry nonetheless. But i don't recall it's ever gotten very ugly. It just they didn't get friendly anymore after that incident. Anyway, Paul finally reclaim The Beatles catalog now...

@@starquant didnt get ugly at all, look at his later interviews pms that is
@dalfifran75725 жыл бұрын
@@starquant I've already read that, although from another version of music sites, but it's similar and nothing new that i've already knew. Paul got offered but lost the bid, particularly because MJ lawyer didn't told Paul that it was an auction, in effect got outsmarted/outbid. Really, nothing on the link or other sites that i read or interview that suggest it turns really ugly. Upset, sure... Who the hell will not upset getting shit out for your own piece, after you chased it for decade and from a friend who he gave advice some years ago... But Paul on several interviews also mention that it 'was only bussiness' and try not to make big of a deal of it. Although he admitted that his friendship with Jackson is marred from that action. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qYamqn2Oa9qambM kzbin.info/www/bejne/e3iUmXSMg7uWh8Um01s
@dalfifran75725 жыл бұрын
@@starquant What's wrong to have said something like that? You said it yourself. Michael fully aware that Paul is chasing his own song, The Beatles catalog. If one of my friends do that to me, especially when he knew that I've been trying to do that for more than 2 decade then suddenly he cutting me off, also after gave him some bussiness advice only to turn it against me because he has more money or didn't want to go into a pissing money contenst, I will be angry as hell and feel betrayed too. It's not like Jackson is fully innocent here. He knows McCartney is after it!. But McCartney didn't throw tantrum in public didn't? Only made it clear that he is unhappy with what Jackson do, and their friendship is reasonably broke after that incident. Sure, Jackson told McCartney, but via his lawyer who didn't told that it was an auction. McCartney tried to get Yoko to his side, but it's futile. So finally Jackson outbid it. No matter how you sliced it, it's sneaky.

Anything MJ sang on in the '80s was a smash hit -- Didn't matter if he sang one verse, the chorus, the hook, one word, or a single syllable...Simply amazing
@beingsshepherd7 жыл бұрын
It's very bright, crisp and exuberant. +Tarantulisimo That in itself isn't artistically commendable. Look at boybands whose gushing disciples consistently render their dreck number one.

Say, say, say what you want But don't play games with my affection Take, take, take what you need But don't leave me with no direction All alone, I sit home by the phone Waiting for you, baby Through the years How can you stand to hear My pleading for you dear? You know I'm crying ooh ooh ooh ooh Go, go, go where you want But don't leave me here forever You, you, you stay away So long girl, I see you never What can I do Girl to get through to you? Cause I love you, baby Standing here, baptisted in all my tears Baby through the years You know I'm crying ooh ooh ooh ooh You never ever worry And you never shed a tear You saying that my love ain't real Just look at my face These tears ain't drying You, you, you can never say That I'm not the one who really loves you I pray, pray, pray every day That you'll see things, girl like I do What can I do girl, to get through to you? Cause I love you baby Standing here baptised in all my tears Baby through the years You know I'm crying, ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh Submit Corrections

They can't both be chocolate, one of them was white. Then, later on, both were. Bad analogy. Damn it, now I want some chocolate cake.
