My parents were always a little overprotective, but now that I'm 30, I look back and fully understand and appreciate it so much. Btw you've also got a relaxing voice. The Bob Ross of self improvement!

Do you write? ✍️ You choose your words carefully 😊 When I saw the title I was going to respond "Have you met my parents?" But since they died I don't resent them so much as feel sorry for them and believe they did the best they could given the circumstances in which they grew up. This is a powerful video that brought up mixed emotions for me. Thanks for sharing about your own family history. 🌟

Amazing vid🫶🫶, We indeed need to appreciate our parents and family more for the the things they've done for us/me. Even more in our teen years, when life is the less stressful (mostly) and we are with them the most❤

I love my parents even tho they gave me trauma but they did the best they could so like i don’t think they’re guilty, also there’s wasnt much information about being neurodivergent so like they didn’t understand Now they tell me it’s ok if I fail and I’m really good and I’m better than I perceive myself, even tho I wish I was told earlier because my inner child keeps being like “you mustn’t fail” and “you’re not enough” but we gonna cope with that
