If you haven't found out already, this isn't from an anime. It's from a visual novel called saya no uta. It's on youtube if you want to check it out. I've read it myself and it's a really good story if you can get over the weirdness of it. I'd tell you what it's about, but I think it's better if you read it and find out for yourself.
