One basic question I have, is how to really we untune Or loose the string? I mean opposite of tuning, it will get untuned for sure, but will it reduce the tension in the strings? Did you notice the bridge lifting up over time before it came off or did it happen all of a sudden?

Wood specific glue used on instrument should be used like titebond which is expensive tbh. Cheap ukulele have cheap glue so they are not good or chips away the wood/plywood or just reacts with humidity and temperature. So using a cheap glue not good idea. But then again the price of your cheap ukulele justifies ur decision. Also u need good pressure for atleast 48 hrs usage of clamp is advised. Good video btw.
