Heading to Vegas tomorrow for a 3 night stay at the Cosmo for the first time instead of our usual Venetian/Palazzo. We know we are going to hit up Secrets Pizza as soon as we get there but after that, I'm trying a Lardo sandwich. Maybe not the brisket one though since I do plenty of wagyu brisket (and pastrami) at home.

I keep watching this vlog anticipating getting the grilled cheese brisket sandwich in April. If I heard you correctly I think you said Lardo's was part of a food court called Block 16. I saw you eating Hattie B's mac and cheese. Hope you know that Hattie B is a Nashville Institution and one of the original hot chicken places in Nashville. Incidentally, I've never tried hot chicken.

For sure the best food court in Vegas when it comes to quality. So many tasty unique options. The fried chicken sliders at District Donuts were surprisingly delicious and the service was super fast. The brisket grilled cheese looked great! What was the name of the place again Ricky?

The sushi at Tekka was some of the worst I've ever had. Maybe an off day.. maybe a bad idea to try sushi in the middle of the desert in the middle of summer but it just tasted off. Really wanting to try that grilled cheese now though. Been meaning to try Lardo for a while, maybe next trip! But yeah... skip Tekka, there's much better sushi out there.
