In my research for my trip in a couple of weeks I just looked at the menu to the new Carversteak steakhouse at Resorts world and your gonna have to try it out next, they also carry the Rib Cap cut, no reviews of the place yet or not that I have found. The menu also list Snakeriver farms as the supplier. I'm not sure if you can receive mail order meat from the U.S to Canada but this farm is highly reputable with Quality product. Just though I would share my findings

In December I ate here twice, using two $100 dinner annual awards. The food is beyond outstanding, some thigs to mention: great fillet and New York strip. The sides are fantastic as well, including the baked potato, potato gratin, and creamed spinach. All three were among the best I have had in a steakhouse. The desert shown in the video is to die for.

Was in Vegas with 5 family members a year ago November and I took them there for dinner. I ordered so many things (including the rib cap, tomahawk and filets) to be served family style. Everything was delicious. My bill was $1,000. but I had enough reward credits to cover it. Just had to leave a tip. Great meal, great memories 😉

The rib cap looked amazing. I liked the vibe in that place, didn't seem too busy at all. Man that dessert looked delicious. The top layer of the Cheesy mac and lobster was on point, but then i was looking for it be throughout also. The Furry rose chocolate.. (how ever it's pronounced) and the caramel looks like it would've set it off well, but I can see how the whiskey could've drowned out the flavor. Yes I must check out this fine establishment. The rib cap looked great! Nice to see you put the Flamingo mural room I told you about in the thumbnail! They serve a giant portion of asparagus too, if you like that! The dessert looked good and was good presentation for video! I'd probably like it more than you did, since I like tiramisu or rum soaked ladyfingers, but the go to dessert is the cremé cheesecake! It has a marshmallow shaped like a pretzel, a chocolate coin with Bugsy & Meyer's in gold on it, with gold flakes on a white chocolate coated cremé cheesecake! It looked and tasted amazing!

Great review, I liked the slow mo on the Mac n cheese. Did I hear Justin turn down a bite of the Mac n cheese in honour of Matt B? Also I was waiting for a reaction to the whiskey in the dessert lol. All in all looked like a great steak place to check out.

Gordon Ramasy Steak house in Paris also serves a American Waguy Rib Cap. It was fantastic, I highly recommend it. If I'm right it was around $95.

I had A5 wagyu at CUT at the Palazzo, it was amazing, but extremely expensive, but-it was very laid back, not too stuffy, and the staff were awesome. If you want to impress your date but not be too intimidated, I highly suggest it! Great video!

Ive eaten twice at B&M. 1st time just after it opened. Hard to find entrance as I was told 2 different entrances. Had prime rib in the count room with a couple glasses of napa cabernet. Count room was pretty cool. Bread good. Was asked if I wanted water and Fiji water was free. 2nd time sat near Matthew was and had mushrooms, scallops, and maybe something else. Bread still good. Asked if I wanted water but said tap. Was offered Acqua panna as if that was comped - was not comped. I think it was $9 a bottle and I had 2 - not a good surprise. Also had a couple glasses of white wine which were good. Food was good. be careful of water prices. I will be back. Good restaurant.

dude!! I was just there from the 9th to 13th of January!! couldn't get in Bugsy and Meyers cuz they closed on weekdays, but I did tried Gordon Ramsey's Steakhouse. had American Wagyu Filet and it was very good too. too bad I didn't know you were there, would have liked to meet you.

Thank you for ordering the dessert. I think every Steakhouse should have a unique dessert cause it really is the memorable ending regardless of how good or bad the steak is. Love Hell's Kitchen's Sticky Toffee/Coconut Sorbet and Bardots Baked Alaskan. Also your comment at the end about the place not being too dark (Bavettes) and not being too noisey (Yardbird, Best Friend) is good review. I cannot stand loud music at fine dining.

That place was bomb. I should of got the rib cap though...but the NY Strip was solid. All of the sides were amazing as well...and the company was fantastic. I really enjoyed visiting with Joe and his fiancé. Also, I'm glad I didn't "Matt B" the Mac and Cheese...it was sooooo tempting though. Great video...cool place!

Our steaks came out so rare! When sent back they were refired, covered in char and too rubbery to eat. Our steaks were not replaced, we got a sorry from management & left hungry with a massive bill. Very disappointed.

Ribcap is probably the best cut of meat. You can keep your overpriced wagyu. Ribcap is also available at Ramsey's and Barry's. So far, I've had the ribcaps at Oscar's and Barry's. Both were excellent.
