Background story:
I initially started my agency journey back in 2022 as a full-scale social media marketing agency, offering a wide range of services to small businesses. While I gained valuable experience, I wasn’t making much profit and often felt unsatisfied. After facing multiple ups and downs, I realised I needed a fresh approach.
In January 2024, I decided to take things seriously and joined Iman Gadzhi's Agency Accelerator programme to help me systemise my business operations, rebrand my agency and pivot to offering lead generation services for high-value clients, allowing me to focus on achieving high profit margins.
