I miss this place so very much. So many wonderful memories of day trips to Lancaster in the summer with my parents and my brother when I was a kid. We'd always stop to eat at Willow Valley. It will always hold such a special place in my heart. I am so sad that I can no longer visit and relive those wonderful times.

Willow Valley randomly popped in my mind yesterday and I am nostalgic for those old times. My family and I used to go every year during President’s Week starting in 1985 or 1986 when I was 8 years old. Have many great memories of Willow Valley and spent a lot of time in the arcade game room above the pool! Really neat and bittersweet looking back. Time def flies.

I miss Willow Valley so much!. I started going there in 2005 with my three kids during the Xmas holiday each year, at that time they had the free holiday carnival and the buffet special packages with the room, loved it!! Although we stayed in the newer part I still thought it was such as cool place and loved crossing the little bridge, walking the never ending hallways to the other pool and bakery and restaurant. I remember my parents always talking about Willow Valley during the 80s as they went each year. It wasn’t until my second marriage when I had my other two kids that we started going there. My biggest regret was not listening to my mother and going there sooner. Now I know why my mom went on and on about this place. We have since been going to Fulton steamboat for our trips and love it there too but WV still holds a special place in my heart.

I miss this so much. I didn’t know until today they are no longer there. I moved away and found out just today. They had the best foods and cakes. My Wedding Anniversary Cake was made there too.
