Secondly police takes centre stage to investigate the cause of death. Another thing no one can ever guarantee life in an accident. Character of the accused is also key in cases. A person who has many cases can be prosecuted one after the other depending on the findings on the offences. Lastly no one should support violence in any way.

I'm trying to make sense of the whole story. But from what I understand a bit is that no patient should be left without a caretaker at all times. But also we have to understand that medical procedures can take unexpected and unwanted turns.
