RPG's can't lock on, he could basically easily dodge it by turning left or right, movie is quite solid tho

Should've braked hard and fallen back behind the truck. Then down a pit maneuver and hit the truck on its right rear bumper with his left front bumper. Even though the truck weighs more, it won't matter..it will still flip right over at that speed.

Yes, because he was barely alive when the car crossed the line. As long as your alive when you cross that finish line, the win is yours. He died shortly after.
