Nasi Lemak + Lauk is so so difficult to balance. Kalau diorang guna the lobster to make some kind of sambal, it might have worked. The kambing one ofc gonna be overpowering, like, nasi lemak with rendang pun is a very contrasting mix of flavors, rasa dia mmg susah nak balance. To be safe, just make it a sambal like Sambal sotong, sambal udang, sambal kerang, etc etc, at least theres a cohesion in the entire dish.
