Yes correct because what we are applying on our skin is just 20% to 30% of facial care but what we eat is almost covers 70% so eating healthy is also important. I am proud that you're so good at taking care of your skin.

Notes: 1. stress - grey hair, pigmentation, wrinkles. 2. any rubbing - thys rub on fat person, jewels on neck, rollers on face, will cause pigmentation (blacky, poruporu). 3. moisturizer, sunscreen always use. 4. exfoliating will give new skin. 5. need collagen in skin. helps anti aging. 6. if u sweat a lot from workout, collagen will naturally get. 7. for grey hair, using dyes/hynna all has chemicals in it, avoid ammonia, ppd in those. 8. 3 types of moisturizers: a. humectants - takes outside moisture n give, also wont let inside ones out - eg: urea moisturiser, b. emollients, and c. occlusives - this will just do 1 thing it wont let inside ones out - eg: petroleum jelly, vaseline. 9. Retinol - has vitamin a, increases collagen in skin, should not use in day time, weekly twice. 10. creams: hydrating ones on wet skin, actives/acids ones on dry skin. 11. use like a sandwich method, 2 outer layers are moisturizer. 12. skin below eyes, around nose, above lips are light skin, so avoid anything over them. 13. take antioxidants for anti ageing.

My personal experience in this past 30yrs - its a waste of time energy money going to dermatologist for acne treatment. Tey are not even telling proper details to patients they are sharing for this youtube channel for free. I was using the same meds all these yrs those derma gave but tey never told me the rite way to do it. My prob never solved n i stoped visiting dermas. Then recently i watched skincare related videos and got to know the rite way to use those same meds. Now im seeing great improvements for my probs.
