Anpanman is actually a real character from a cartoon/comic in Japan. He is a hero who has a head made out of a filled bread. His only super power is giving strength to others by giving of himself (aka literally taking a piece of his head off and giving it to others to eat). So, they're basically saying that giving love/giving of yourself is a superpower. 😊 What's SUPER fun to me is that they perform this at the Japan day of the MAMA2018. I just love that they chose to perform this sing there, it's so neat. lol

Fun story. Last weekend, Tae spotted a 5 year old boy at the Chicago concert, he was dressed exactly like Tae in this Anpanman performance. He passed his cowboy hat back to him. It was adorable. To see snippets and the adorable little boy just search twt for "tae hat".

Anpanman is a cartoonish superhero, he's a bread and the weakest hero of the world. He doesn't have superpowers but helps ppl giving them pieces of his head. The song is about what bts represents and their message: giving hope to ARMYS. In the coreography RM "takes" a piece of his head and delivers it to Jimin and with that he recovers his energy. And the costumes refer to workers bc they are superheroes. ^^

This girl and I were next to the little boy and she was wearing a headband that said something in Korean, Tae thought it was funny and laughed, then towards the end of Mikrokosmos he came back around and pointed her out to RM and they both smiled so when Tae started reaching out handing out his hat he said to pass it back, we both thought he was saying to give it to the girl with the headband so her and I screamed.....well we were wrong😂😂😂😂.

Yay Anitra! Thank you so much for another reaction video. I don't know if you will believe this or not but I wait for your videos to show up and I immediately click on them to watch your reactions. The reason why is because I believe you are one of the few reactors that doesn't really "over-react" when watching the videos (unlike other youtubers) and I believe you've been very smart in chosing what videos to see and in what order so you can have a better understanding of all the BTS universe, as well as you're doing it when showing EXO's videos to your friends. I really love the passion and interest you put in every series you make and even when I'm not always commenting on every video, I still watch them and like them because you have a unique way to involve others in what you do. Yayyy!! This is such a cute but still a bit bittersweet song. Anpanman is actually a real character and has been hailed by literally everyone as the weakest superhero. He’s made of bread and His only superpower is running around giving pieces of himself to others to help them. I just really love the lyrics of this song. And the stage is always childishly gleeful. I mean, MAMA was cute on its own. As is their comeback stages and Love Yourself tour stages but now with their Speak Yourself stadium tour, the stage for anpanman became my favourite. Seeing them have so much fun on that stage makes me so happy. I already sent you some fancams from Rosebowl and Soldier Field if you want to see them as well. Right after the fancams i sent to the groupchat, i actually sent a weird compilation of jungkook moving tae’s shirt to look like the wind 😝 The move RM did in 14:45? He takes a piece of bread off his head and gives it to Jimin? I think we were talking about how Jimin trolls him each time on every concert nowadays. He runs away from joon, or takes a bite from joon’s head directly etc. Im pretty sure we were freaking out about them clowning on the groupchat before and im definitely gonna find you some compilations of that too 😂

I loved this reaction as always and can't wait for the MAMA Japan reaction 😊 The song, their outfits, and the choreo are just so cute, especially Jungkook at the end 😍 There's a really good channel for ship videos called "thictae". The person has a series called "[ship name] moments I think about a lot" and in my opinion, this person has a great talent in picking the best moments for each ship, without taking things too far or seriously. She is really fair to every ship and covers all ships, also the underrated ones. (She hasn't covered my favorite ship Jihope yet, but the series is still ongoing and I'm always making a request for that in the comments. I had the same problem with a pixelated screen, but I found that if I downloaded the video, instead of streaming it, the resolution was perfect. You might try that for the MAMA. This song is also saying that there are heroes all around us and that we can be one, too. That's why their clothing is representative of different professions in Asia, i.e. firemen, safety personnel, repairmen, crossing guards, construction workers, etc. (The stripes on pants legs, as an example, are used commonly in Japan and elsewhere for firemen.)

Hi, thank you for this reaction. Anpanman is one of my favourite songs from BTS, it always put me in a good mood. And just a little curiosity: they didn't use wind in the beginning, it was actually Jungkook who was hiding behind V and shaking his hoodie to give the impression of air going through it, as if he was flying (you can see it in the video they uploaded on BANGTANTV, it's titled "[BANGTAN BOMB] ​'​Anpanman' Special Stage (BTS focus) @​BTS COMEBACK SHOW - BTS (방탄소년단)"). As for the next videos I feel like you should do what you want, depending on your mood. If your a bit stressed or tired, do a more light reaction like compilations, ships, edits and stuff. When your forces are 100%, try the explained videos and so on. A little advice: when you do the theories behind Spring Day (this one is not from DKDKTV, it's from bulletproof vibes and it's titled "BTS Spring Day MV EXPLAINED | Sewol Ferry, Snowpiercer & Survivors") make sure to read about the Sewol Ferry first, if you know nothing about it. Nothing too technical, just to have an idea. Because it's mentioned in the video and even if you can understand what happened, it's not explained. And other people who watched it had a bit of difficulty getting the whole picture and why some things are mentioned.

I don't know if you mentioned it and you've probably got tons of comments requesting it already, but I really hope you do a series with the dance practices!!! They really showcase the boys' skills and you can see how hard they work. ...and some of them are HILARIOUS because they're just goofing off. I know you did Baepsae already but any of the Halloween ones are hysterical. War of Hormone (real war version) is also soooo funny and so is Just One Day, as well as a video someone else made called "things you missed in Just One Day dance practice." When you find the time for it I would also recommend watching the 2017 MAMA performance. It has Not Today, DNA, Cypher pt4 and Mic Drop in it. Its without a doubt the best Mic Drop performance out there, and the boys were really giving it their all! The whole thing felt like a huge "fuck yall for ever doubting us. We´re doing good on our own now". I love every part of it!

Here's a suggestion: Along with their lyric video reactions please react to the "explained" videos (you usually find explained video/article for almost every BTS song out there) of the same so you can better understand what their songs are actually about. It's always deeper than what most people think. You probably don't have to include your reaction to the "explained" videos(I know it will make the video longer and of course editing would become more difficult) but you could probably include a small portion of you talking about how your viewpoint has changed after you learned the actual/more in-depth meaning of the song. For example, it would have been interesting to see your reaction to the real story of the Anpanman. I understand you learn about it through the comments but still... it's just a suggestion. :) Amazing reaction as always! 💜

Can I be honest? I'm glad that it's no longer exo-l reacts. I would be fine if it still was, but when you have that heading for a video other than exo (such as bts, got7 etc.), to me it implies that you're not a fan of the group you're watching. NOT that you dont like the group, but you're not a fan. The best part about this song is that Namjoon has to give Jimin something to "eat" at the end of his verse and then Jimin is supposed to sing. But recently Jimin has started hiding or running away from namjoon by not being in the set place. Ok so I am so happy that you pretty much understood the whole point of the song just from the lyrics! Despite being tired - get some sleep!! lol I also like your idea about the polls. Smart decision. People can be REALLY particular about their ships. I would recommend not doing more than 2 series at a time because then you might have a harder time keeping track. Maybe do like the DKDKTV Explained videos (Baepsae, Idol, Boy With Luv, Spinebreaker, Ddaeng, Persona, Paldogangsan) in a series that you alternate with the ship videos? That feels like it should end around roughly the same time. The Spring Day Explained is by another channel. Then after that do their non-storyline music videos old to new alternated with dance practices? Since you said you had a background as a dancer I'm really interested to see what you think! I took like 10 years of dance when I was a kid and a lot of reactors don't notice details like positioning and transitions that amazed me. Anyway organize it however you want of course, that was just my suggestion. But please don't forget to include the dance practices!! Some of the music videos with no choreography have some beautiful dances! I Need U, Run, Butterfly, Spring Day... Alright, this was far longer than I intended. Loved your reaction as always!
