@@catladyfromky4142 she's a mom, I think it's kinda natural to want to include your kids in your wedding - that's totally okay. And it is their day, but the wedding dress shopping and the dress itself is ultimately about the bride. Her entourage has a say in the matter, but she should be able to choose freely and without feeling guilty about upsetting kids - and that's her and her husband's job to gently explain everything to them. She clearly said her first dress was conservative and she wanted something different - and she chose! But it was overruled by her entourage. I don't condemn her for her final decision, it's just sad to see.

When you become a mom, your mindset changes. Her first wedding was mostly about the bride and the husband. She wanted this day to be special for the entire family. That's how I took it. The boys really wanted to be involved in the entire process.

My husband asked me if I would remarry him again would I renew our wedding valves I told him without even thought YES. Then he told me he wanted me to go to New York to some wedding gown Store and he’s talking about this places. Because when we got married, I did not have a wedding gown. I just had to borrow somebody’s long dress. He wanted me to pick out a wedding gown. My husband passed away shortly after that we did not get to renew our vows. I did not get to pick out a wedding gown. I miss him so much every day we were married for 46 years. This is so sweet what they’re doing and even involving their small children. Congratulation. 🙏🥰🐾🙏

She is only going to wear if for one day, so it really is more important to make the experience good for all of them. Those boys will remember that forever. This vow renewal ceremony is nonsense. A vow is a vow with no expiration date. No vow renewal required. It certainly is useful for wedding venues to make money ,and for ordinary people to waste it .
