Good afternoon. Please tell me in the third gear of the gearbox and in the first division of the speed adjustment what is the minimum screw that can be screwed into the tree so that the cutoff would work and not spoil the material. Thank you.

is not a concludent test. please try with fully threaded screws with hexagonal head. and you will see if the machine is capable to screwed it.

I got this machine, try now to drill a bloc, following the demo here, 2nd or 3rd speed, not working at all, the bit starts to smoke, and the machine stops (too hot I guess), am I doing something wrong?

I am confused. I thought the impacting action came only with the 2 speed gearbox and the non impacting version comes with the 3 speed gearbox! Please clarify...

Hi Thank you for leaving a comment, to answer your question. Both the BS (non impact) and the SB (impact) versions are available with a 2 speed as well as a 3 speed gearbox. The 3rd gear is generally used for high speed drilling, in this case a class leading 3800rpm.

No it is two separate applications. The impulse function is meant to loosen striped screws and also to assist in drilling on slippery surfaces like porcelain tiles. The SSD has a dedicated hammer to assist driving in screws.
