I find this Pandemonium SB a bit problematic. If the two instances are interspersed in a fight, the opposing team will literally not get off the ground and it is better to declare instant victory. But if they proc together, it will not do any good because knockdown has a cooldown, that is, it will be something very random and will determine whether the fight is yours or not, and may even make the extra ability useless. This is the problem with tanks. If they all ult at once, you have practically lost 80% of the commander's damage, and this Connor awakening has a chance of being the most useless. What tanks need is a buff on the commander so that any of them can be strong, because this limitation completely takes away their damage
