This industrial zone is similar to the Chinese industrial zone and the Russian industrial zone and the Emirati industrial zone and the Turkish industrial zone in Egypt. Egypt is very close in distance to Germany and a lovely and easy country for Germans. Egypt can be a base for an additional portion of the German exports to the world. This can happen on the long run. This also can be until the situation returns back to be normal in Germany. This is because Egypt has a large number of "free trade" agreements with a large number of counties. Moreover, Egypt has lower labor cost and lower taxes. The banking financial links between Germany and Egypt are developed. Egypt is secure. Egypt is a law state. Judiciary is developed in Egypt. Judicial system is designed for doing business in a safe environment. On top of that, Egypt is a hub for energy. Gulf petrol goes via Egypt. The Gas of the Mediterranean Sea goes via Egypt. The green hydrogen is rapidly developing domestically in Egypt. Egypt can help its German friends to restore their position in the new future market of car industry. To be precise, Egypt has potentials in the Electric cars sector. Electric cars industry can be a leader sector in this German Egyptian cooperation. German engineers (state engineers or private sector engineer or universities scientists) can help Egypt in re-designing the business model in the mining sector in Egypt. The material required for cars batteries is core of the matter. Those materials exist in Egypt in various locations. The cost of labor & machinery in mining sector in Egypt is low too. We can follow an advanced version of the business model in mining sector in China which is led by the state.
