I kinda understand Ken when he said hopefully it’s straight to point and so much going on left and right. Nakaka drain nang battery talaga especially they are very busy. I used to work in a company na we do general meeting with the management, brain storming but before we even make it to the point of the meeting ang daming pasakalyi. We could have finish meeting within an hour but it took almost whole day yung meeting and especially katatapos ko pa lang ng shift ko tapoa deretso pa sa meeting. Iba din kasi ang ways nang mga Pinoy in terms of this, i know it’s good for building relationships. Pero when i moved sa US and part of a team grabe dito diretso2x sa punto within 10 to 15 mins lng yung meeting pero the disadvantage is, it’s not building any personal level of knowing the person so team work will grow. What Jah said that sometimes the way he talks is kinda aggressive i think it’s because he is a bisaya. Bisaya talks like that, it’s the accent talaga. Grabe kasi bardagulan nang mga bisaya. I was like that too, but in times he really do need to adjust in his environment at baka din dahil sa closeness na nila Kaya napapalabas niya yung totoong sarili niya. Pablo is really good at listening, changing and improving himself to be a better person. Praying for more success guys. ❤❤

Si ken kailangan ng pasensya at unawa kc kung tagalog ang gamitin nya ay offensive talaga kc di nya alam amg mga synonyms ng mga words. Kung english naman ang gamitin nya parati ay mapagkamalan naman cyang feeling up there. Minsan ang mga bisaya ay tulad din ng ilocano na may mabait pakinggan ang pananalita pero galit na pala at may pagalit na salita pero nagbibiro pala.

I have a comment sa sinabi ni jah kay ken regarding ken’s word na nagiging aggresive, me personally my ipinion is bisaya kasi c ken, kaming mga bisaya mga jokes namin at may mga salita or tuno ng boses namin normal lang sa amin yon pero pag yong tagalog na nakarinig non offensive na un sa knila at aggressive na dw which is normal yon sa amin as bisaya. They’re so brave to open up to public about their imperfections. Pablo showed as the right leader for this group as he is fair while the imperfections are mentioned, he pointed out the strengths of each particular person while admitting his own faults. They all pointed out their sentiments. Which I think is great so their brothers know and understand exactly how they feel. Now it’s a matter of improving themselves for the good of their now company. I believe workwise they all should have their rules/policies that need to be followed period. Whether it’s time punctuality as part of respect of the team and staff, also of course engaging as part of their jobs but also an understanding that they all have boundaries and they do not necessarily want to do the same thing. However, they should all be given ample time for rest and travel time . We understand how bad the traffic in PI and they all live in different directions. By now, I am Sure their situation has changed and now able to afford their own space and vehicle and considered living closed to their studio for punctuality. I am not sure what their rules are as far as rest. Are they able to get a full 8 hours sleep? Plus their travel time in between practices etc. Do they consider those factors which affects their physical and mental health. We all know Pinoy are hardowrkers but their physical and mental health should also be prioritized . I have seen a video where everyone was commending Ken for now showing up on time. Everyone’s so happy because it does give a positive energy. Yes Stell can be overwhelming sometimes as far as monopolizing the mic on stage, also Josh do the same while I feel like Ken is not given opportunity to talk but when given an opportunity to shine, he steps in like when Justin and him hosted one of the games. He was very engaging and laughing otherwise that’s just him with his mild personality and actually his fans embraces him for being real always while his team especially Justin are always watching him as they are afraid he may utter something that is not politically correct but what they need to understand is, that is probably one of Kens qualities that the the fans love so much. Other than that, you guys are doing amazing as group. You guys have the formula of success and that brotherhood will always be there and I pray that you all remain loving to each other and never hold grudge against each other and most importantly Jealousy as the reality is each member will have different levels of success as time goes by. Stay supportive of each other and more power PPop Oings.
