If I’m not mistaken, Stell probably did the choreography because that was in the earlier days when he choreographed everything. Also Ken said in an interview that it was the first song he learned with the group and Stell taught him the choreo.

Pre-debut, this song was originally performed by a 7-group boyband. Ken was not yet originally part of the group. There were 3 members who did not make it. I saw the performance of the 7 members and I kinda not used not hearing and seeing Ken. Indeed, Ken is meant to be part of SB19 🩷

The big movement I think is because the audience should still be able to distinguish the movements even if they are at the far end of the venue like the upper box/ gen ad. They’re too small already so it will be difficult to see the movements if they’ll do it only with small movements.

I agree to the observation that since this was in the early stage of their careers the most likely thing is that this was choreograph by Stell although he has acknowledged that his brothers also give suggestions. But I have noticed that Stell's choreography tends to be very energetic like in their song What? Also, the acoustic version of the song is something I recommend you listen to.
