"MANAnanggal" is a mythical creature in the Philippines that looks like a normal person by day but by midnight it would split it's body in half. The upper body will grow wings and fly to roam around to find it's prey (usually pregnant women, or people sleeping alone, or stray animals). The lower body or it's torso will be left on the ground. SB19 used this as a metaphor that even tho they can soar so high and reach their dreams they will remain grounded.

the ones who writes their songs is pablo their leader(the one with white hair)and he is also involved in producing their music. their main choreographer is stell(the one in the middle), and their creative director is Justin their youngest(the one beside red hair guy). ken(red hair guy) and josh (the one in the right side) helps in cheorography. they are always involved in everything that's how they show that they really love their craft.

As far as I remember Simon Servida helped them in some of their songs in Pagsibol. He collaborated with the group especially Pablo, who's really hands on on their craft. You may check it in Simon Servida's vlog. SB19 and him is such a tandem.
