So helpful! Especially the questions to ask the school at the end. I would recommend teachers with credentials ask for what they want financially but be open to less ONLY if they really like the other things that the school and job offer. I would recommend no less than 25,000rmb per month after tax. (Depending on city, if housing is included (housing should be provided or a separate stipend, not included in your salary)). Good Luck to all the teachers applying to China!

I watched this particular video a number of times in preparation for my preliminary interview with a company in Japan. The interview took place yesterday, where we had a group discussion and your video and other researches I made really prepared me and I was able to meaningfully contribute in the group discussion. So, right now, I am just waiting for the result hoping for a positive outcome so I can move on to the secondary interview which would be the final. I will keep you posted on how it goes.
